At Born Primitive, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Choose Return Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct size exchange.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
